Since the "14th Five-Year Plan",with the continuous upgrading of China’s industry and the acceleration of economic restructuring,the social demand for highquality skilled talents has also continued to increase,and the development of secondary vocational education is of great significance to accelerate the construction of a skillbased society and promote fuller and higher-quality employment.However,at present,the structural employment contradiction of skilled talents is prominent,industrial upgrading and transformation puts forward higher requirements for the quality of workers,the supply and demand side of labor has undergone obvious changes,and the employment substitution effect continues to appear.Coupled with the impact of the epidemic,new models and new formats have accelerated innovation while adding many uncertainties and risks to the career development of skilled talents.As an important part of the training of skilled talents in secondary vocational schools,career planning education plays an indispensable role in their career growth.In the context of the new era,China’s secondary vocational schools play an active role in career planning education in the career growth of skilled talents,and carry out relevant educational activities in the process of talent training,even so,secondary vocational school students still generally have vague career planning,low career identity and other phenomena,there are misunderstandings and blind areas in employment and career selection,which further hinders students’ career development,and conflicts arise in personal development needs and social industrial upgrading and transformation.Therefore,the author starts from the logic of "problem proposal-theoretical analysis-current situation investigation-proposed countermeasures".On the basis of the questions raised,the relevant materials at home and abroad are sorted out through literature analysis,and the current research status is analyzed;It is determined that the theoretical basis of this study is the theory of job matching,the theory of career development stage and the theory of career anchor.Select target schools,interview teachers in schools,conduct questionnaire surveys with students in schools,collect,sort out and analyze relevant research information,and find two levels of problems: school career planning education coordination needs to be optimized;Teachers’ career planning education forms are not rich enough;Students’ awareness of career planning needs to be improved.Off-campus level: the design of the government’s career planning education system is not perfect;The main responsibility of family career planning education is missing;The soil for social career planning education is not solid enough.Based on the above two levels of problems,put forward corresponding countermeasures,at the school level: schools should continue to optimize the overall planning of career planning education;Teachers should constantly innovate career planning education methods and methods;Students should enhance their awareness of career planning for a long time.Off-campus level: the government should continue to improve the top-level design of career planning education;Families should continuously strengthen the main responsibility of career planning education;Society should build a solid foundation for career planning and cultivation for a long time.
