Secondary vocational education plays an important role in China's education.It has challenged China's exam-oriented education for many years and promoted the reform of China's exam-oriented education.China has invested a lot of manpower,material and financial resources in the development of Vocational education.From the 1980 s,secondary vocational education has been developing at a high speed.After more than 40 years of development,secondary vocational education has trained a large number of professionals for the rapid development of our society.Secondary vocational education has trained a large number of high-quality skilled talents for the rapid economic development after the reform and opening up,which is an integral part of China's education system.Over the years,secondary vocational education in China has been geared to production-oriented enterprises and service-oriented frontline,and has trained a large number of workers with strong professional theory,skilled operation and good quality in all aspects.Secondary vocational schools have also been improved and developed at a high speed in the process of delivering a large number of skilled talents to the society.However,there are some factors restricting the further development of secondary vocational education,such as: the graduation of college students has increased dramatically due to the decrease of the admission score and the unrestricted expansion of enrollment.This situation is a severe test for vocational students to find a job after graduation.Secondly,compared with college students,vocational school graduates themselves have a weak desire to learn,a narrow knowledge area,and their academic qualifications after graduation are not dominant.They are all 17 or 8 years old.They are in the period of agitation of physical development.They lack the basis of social experience and work experience,and they are not mature enough to deal with people,and their ideas are not stable enough.It is difficult to find a foothold in their work and to find a sense of existence.Under such circumstances,how to plan the career of secondary vocational students is a problem that needs to be paid great attention to and studied seriously by educators.Undoubtedly,with the further deepening of market-oriented reform,facing the increasingly severe employment situation and fierce employment competition in China,the employment psychology of the secondary vocational school graduates who are at the disadvantage of employment is very complex because of the influence of age,knowledge level,social experience,family factors and so on,which directly affects the normal employment of secondary vocational school students,coupled with secondary vocational education.Education has not been further reformed and can not adapt well to the new situation and changes.Under the dual pressure of "entering" and "leaving",a large number of secondary vocational schools have been unable to recruit students.The development of schools is generally facing tremendous pressures and bottlenecks.Through interviews and surveys,it can be concluded that there are the following problems in vocational school career planning education at present:1.Students do not have a clear understanding of the concept of career planning and the importance of career planning for future employment.2.The curriculum of career planning education in schools is relatively simple,and its proportion in all courses is relatively low.3.Most schools fail to pay enough attention to career planning education.They only pay attention to the cultivation of professional skills,and fail to recognize the importance of career planning education for students in the future.In view of the above problems,this study mainly puts forward the following views:1.Enhancing the level of career planning curriculum in secondary vocational schools;2.To clarify the principles of career planning education;3.Actively promote the construction of teaching staff;4.Accurately grasp the opportunity to implement career planning education.Through interviews,surveys and other methods,and through the demonstration of the above viewpoints,it can be concluded that under the condition that nine-year compulsory education has been popularized in China,the development of secondary vocational education should be accelerated,and effective measures should be taken actively from all directions and at all levels,so as to accelerate the realization of the new road of industrialization in China,solve the "three rural" problems and promote urbanization construction for the sake of the whole.In order to build a well-off society and realize the Chinese dream,we need to train a large number of high-quality and skilled talents.To enable these people to find a foothold in the society and gain a sense of identity and existence,we must pay more attention to career planning education,effectively improve secondary vocational students' awareness of career planning and enthusiasm for learning,as well as enhance students' career planning.Rationality and realizability of career planning.
