This selection comes from the “Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening Curriculum Reforms and Implementing the Basic Tasks of high moral values establishment and people cultivation” promulgated by the Ministry of Education in 2014.It was the first time to put forward the “Key competences” officially.The “Standards for Ordinary Senior High School Ideological and Political Courses(2017 Edition)” formulated in 2017,which also put forward clearly and standardized “the key competences of ideological and political subject”.Under this background,it is of great significance to carry out research on how to improve the key competences of ideological and political subject.This research not only can enrich the theory of the key competences of ideological and political subject,but can provide some suggestions and references for the teaching practice of teachers.The current related research abroad mainly includes the framework of “Key competences”,the curriculum reform of “Key competences”,and the evaluation of “Key competences”.In China,some achievements have been made in the research of “key competences” and “the key competences of ideological and political subject”.This article focuses on promoting the key competences of ideological and political subject for the student.And I defined the concepts of “Key competences”,“the key competences of subject”,“the key competences of ideological and political subject”,“teaching strategies”.Through literature research ? classroom observation ? and interview methods,in order to explore the teaching strategies of promote the key competences of ideological and political subject in the current.This dissertation has four parts as follow:The first part elaborates the connotation of the key competences of ideological and political subject.The paper puts forward ideological and political subject key competences and the main contents of ideological and political subject key competences.The process of the key competences of ideological and political subject includes the transformation fromthree-dimensional goals to key competences,and the development of key competences to the key competences of subject.Key competences has both inheritance and transcendence of three-dimensional goals.The relationships between key competences and the key competences of subject are superior and inferior,abstract and concrete,general and special.The key competences of ideological and political subject include political identity,scientific spirit,legal awareness,public participating four elements.The four elements have a close logical relationship,which is an organic whole.The second part mainly studies the requirements of raising ideological and political subject key competences for teaching.Under the background of promoting key competences,the ideological and political course teaching want to give full play to the positive role of key competences.The teachers must achieve the following points: first,To make clear the teaching goal of the key competences of ideological and political subject,from three-dimensional goals to the key competences of ideological and political subject.The content is refined as the teaching goal of each lesson;two is to integrate the teaching content of the key competences of ideological and political subject,to improve the lack of teaching materials,to reflect the characteristics of the subject,to develop the key competences of the students as the ultimate goal;three,to change the teaching methods of the traditional ideological and political science of the students to change their own teaching methods.In order to guide students to study independently,cooperative learning,self internalization and practice,the four is to have a higher quality of teachers in Ideological and political disciplines,so that they can play a good job in teaching and give full play to the leading role,and can be promoted from two aspects of the individual and the state.The third part puts forward the teaching strategies to enhance the key competences of ideological and political subject.First of all,before the study of specific teaching strategies,the content of “the people's masters” was combed and analyzed.It was considered that the content of the teaching content was rich in teaching resources to cultivate ideological and political subject key competences.and corresponding to the four elements of the key competences of ideological and political subject.Secondly,according to the requirements of ideological and political subject key competences,I proposed the teaching strategies.And taking into account a specific teaching content.Through the classroom observation,interview and practice,I proposed three specific teaching strategies.Respectively,the topic center teaching strategy,current political teaching strategy,role playing activities.Three aspects are discussed from the following aspects: brief introduction and specific implementation,improvement of ideological and political subject key competences,problems arising in the course of application and countermeasures.The teaching strategy of the topic center is a topic based teaching activity,with the emphasis on the discussionand the presentation of different views of the students.This teaching strategy takes “the principle of dealing with ethnic relations:equality,unity and public prosperity” as an example,including the choice of issues,self inquiry and teacher guidance,discussion issues,reflection and practice of the four steps.The strategy of current political teaching is very important to the subject of Ideological and political.It embodies its political and epochal characteristics.The implementation strategy has five minutes' political review before class.It runs through the whole teaching process with current politics as a case.The case teaching of current politics is an example of “the people's Congress: state power organ”.And it also carries out current political activities.The teaching strategy of role playing activities.Considering that political life is far from the reality of the students,students can integrate with their roles and understand the characteristics of their roles in the process of playing the role of political life.This teaching strategy takes “democratic decision making: making the best choice” as an example,to simulate the optimization and adjustment of urban road parking by the Guilin Price Bureau.It include the three stages of preparation,process and summary.In addition,the author analyzes the three teaching strategies to improve the key competences of ideological and political subject,how to achieve the second part of the teaching requirements.And then through the comments and classroom observation of teachers' teaching practice,the author finds problems that the proposed teaching strategies are easy to exist in practical application and propose solutions.The fourth part is the concluding part.This part reviews the main contents of this article,points out the inadequacies of this research and my outlook for future research.
