Teaching Innovation Of Political Course Guided By Key Competences

Key competences is the concept most promoted by the Chinese education community since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The key competences put forward new development requirements for the teaching of ideological and political courses.First,key competences require that the teaching of ideological and political courses must grasp the main contents of the key competences of ideological and political disciplines.Second,the role of ideological and political education in nurturing key competences should be brought into play.Third,key competences require that ideological and political lessons should be people-centered and focus on people’ s all-round development.Fourth,we must establish an evaluation mechanism that promotes the development of the key competences of students’ ideological and political disciplines.With the deepening of education reforms,the development of ideological and political courses has made remarkable progress.However,at present,there is still somewhere that does not fit in with the new requirements in the teaching of ideological and political classes.Therefore,in order to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching innovation,it is necessary to understand what aspects of the current ideological and political teaching are not suited to the new requirements.First,in terms of teaching philosophy,students should be more disciplined and lighter;secondly,they should focus on the goals of knowledge,emotions,attitudes,and values in their teaching goals.Third,on the content of teaching,emphasis should be placed on conclusions and processes;,In teaching methods,retransmit teaching and light exploration;Fifth,in teaching evaluation,emphasis on screening and selection,neglect development.In response to these performances that are incompatible with the new requirements,ideological and political education should be based on core literacy in order to promote the development of students’ key competences.First,the precondition for cultivating the key competences of ideological and political disciplines is the renewal of education concepts,including the renewal of teaching objectives,curriculum concepts,teaching concepts,and evaluation concepts.Second,the formulation of teaching objectives provides a goal orientation for cultivating the key competences of ideological and political disciplines.On the one hand,the innovation of teaching goals should move from three-dimensional goals to key competences.On the other hand,it is necessary to refine the key competences into specific teaching goals.Third,the carrier for cultivating the key competences of ideological and political subjects is the organization of teaching content.The organization of innovative teaching content should be based on the key competences curriculum content.On the other hand,it is necessary to design activity-based subject curriculum around issues.Fourth,choosing the right teaching method is the key strategy,mastering situational teaching methods and carrying out social practice activities to promote the cultivation of the key competences of ideological and political disciplines.Fifth,the innovation of teaching evaluation is the main guarantee.According to the basic principles of teaching evaluation,various forms of teaching evaluation should be implemented.
