| From the theoretical and practical aspects of the subject key competences training, its main content, instructional design and teaching implementation have been discussed in this paper. About the theoretical study, this paper argues that political lessons key competences in high school includes four content: "Social science theory learning ability", "ability to analyze and solve problems", "practical ability to participate in social life", "the basic moral character building skills".These four political lessons key competences in high school will work together to develop national key competences of our citizens with other subject key competences. They will provide a theoretical basis on what kind of students should be cultivated. And they will enrich our theoretical research on key competences. On practice, this paper argues that if teachers want students to develop four key competences, they need to prepare in teaching design from four aspects, such as “refining key competences targetâ€, “organizing of teaching contents related to key competencesâ€, “designing a suitable form of teachingâ€, “selecting appropriate teaching evaluation meansâ€. On the implementation of teaching,teachers can choose a variety of ways to develop four key competences, such as “importing real-life situationsâ€, “setting a range of problemsâ€,“organizing self-learningâ€, “communicating social hot spotsâ€. These two researches on teaching design and teaching implementation will solve how to cultivate students. |
