During the training organized by the Hanban in June 2016,the Hanban training officials mentioned many times that the problem of student behavior in the Chinese classes in Mongolia is a difficult and urgent problem to be solved. It also requires Chinese volunteer teachers to explore new methods to solve this kind of problem. In view of this, the author used 9 months of teaching practice in Mongolia to conduct surveys and interviews with students from sixth to ninth grades of 11 secondary schools in Mongolia and collected cases to lay the foundation for the writing of the paper.Through the statistics of 176 valid questionnaires, the paper makes the distribution and characteristics of students' problem behaviors in Chinese classes more clearly. At the same time,in order to make up for the limitations of the questionnaire, the author also collected statistics on student behaviors mentioned in the case of 49 Chinese teachers in 26 middle schools. After investigation,Mongolian students in the Chinese language classrooms have various and concentrated problems. There is a difference in the distribution of problem behaviors between sixth and ninth grades.Beside, through the description and analysis of 11 typical cases, the problems can be made more intuitive and specific. And through the Likert's questionnaire where five aspects of the students are involved to explore the reasons for the problems aim to identify the root cause of the problem. In response to the problems in the investigation, this paper proposes countermeasures based on students' performance tendencies, both inward and outward. It is hoped that this survey will enable the Mongolian volunteers to have clear and precise understanding for the student's problem behaviors and also provides some references and suggestions for future volunteers in Mongolia as well as some new research ideas for other researchers.
