Students’ classroom problem behaviors refers to this: In the classroom teaching, studentsviolate the classroom behavior rules or requirements, prevent or interfere with teachers’ normalteaching activities in a way, affect the teachers’ teaching, their own study and others, and bringthe negative effects for teachers’ teaching and their study. Classroom is the main place ofteaching. A good teaching order is the important guarantee of improving the efficiency ofclassroom teaching and promoting all-round development of students. However, students’classroom problem behaviors are universal in the classroom and bring the negative influence tothe normal teaching activities. So, analyzing the reasons of pupils’ classroom problem behaviorsand putting forward corresponding management strategies can help optimize classroom teachingand improve the teaching quality. The author hopes the study can provide some referenceresources for the primary school teachers on the management of classroom problem behaviors.The study of pupils’ classroom problem behaviors uses questionnaires research, documentaryresearch, individual interview and classroom observation.The thesis consists of five chapters. In the first chapter, elaborating the purpose andsignificance of the research, research contents and methods as well as basic concepts defined; Inthe second chapter, inducing the researches of the classroom problem behaviors that have beendone and sorting out the relevant theories; In the third chapter, according to the questionnairesurveys, interviews, classroom observation, investigating the performances of pupils’ classroomproblem behaviors, analyzing the characteristics and causes of pupils’ classroom problembehaviors. In the fourth chapter, putting forward the strategies of classroom problem behaviorsfor primary school teachers. The last chapter is the conclusions and the reflections.The conclusions are these: First, the pupils’ classroom problem behaviors are universal,concentrated, mild, different in gender and age; Second, the reasons of pupils’ classroomproblem behaviors are many aspects including the pupils themselves, teachers’ factors, schoolenvironmental factors, family’s factors and social environmental factors, in which the pupils’own factors are the internal causes, other factors are external causes; Third, here are the copingstrategies of pupils’ classroom problem behaviors: Establishing a correct concept of education,managing classroom scientifically; Improving the teachers’ teaching skills and optimizingclassroom teaching effects; Stimulating pupils’ interests in learning, strengthening the guidancefor pupils and cultivating the pupils’ ability of self-management; Strengthening thecommunication between the school and home, optimizing the environment construction andform the education joint strength.
