With the strong support of the state,secondary vocational schools continue to expand,but the society’s prejudice against secondary vocational students,and even teachers and students themselves negative attitudes towards secondary vocational students still exist.Students in secondary vocational schools and general high schools are at the same stage of physical and mental development.In ordinary high schools,classroom problem behaviors are more common,and in vocational schools,classroom problem behaviors are more serious.Behavior problems in the classroom of Senior Professional Colleges not only affect the quality of teachers’ class,but also affect the quality of students’ attendance,thereby affecting the development of students,and will have a negative impact on teachers,students,parents,and even society.Therefore,studying this issue will help students reduce the occurrence of classroom problem behaviors,mobilize teachers’ enthusiasm,improve teaching quality,form a good classroom atmosphere,and provide reference for the practice of preventing and managing behavior problems in the classroom of senior professional colleges.This study takes students from a vocational middle school in Nanchang City as the research object,using the research methods of observation method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,and document method.First,according to Author’s own experience in class,the performance of students’classroom problem behaviors was summarized,and then based on the questionnaires of existing research,a questionnaire was compiled,and the questionnaire was predicted,and SPSS was used to analyze and analyze the questionnaire.Reliability and validity are analyzed,then the questionnaire is sorted,and finally the questionnaire is issued.Finally,the questionnaire was collected and the questionnaire data was analyzed to explore the current characteristics of bad behavior of vocational school students,and analyze the influencing factors based on the humanist theory and the behavioral strengthening theory,and put forward the coping strategies of teachers and schools on this basis.Schools:should formulate classroom rules and regulations to standardize students’ classroom behavior;create a good classroom environment;strengthen career planning education to enhance students’ professional identity;provide students with psychological counselling.Teachers:increase teacher training and improve teacher quality Enhance teachers’classroom management skills;improve teachers’ teaching methods and attract students to participate;build a harmonious teacher-student relationship and create a harmonious classroom atmosphere;play the active role of the head teacher. |
