A Pilot Study Based On "Erwecken Curriculum"

American scholar Taylor once predicted that in the future,on the job training will not be “to create” teachers,but to support,help and encourage every teacher to develop independently,and we should focus on Teachers' learning itself.With the development of preschool education and the renewal of educational concept,the mode of “learning and development” of preschool teachers has been paid more and more attention,and the in-service training of preschool teachers has begun to extend to the direction of “learning and development”.With the development of preschool education and update of views on knowledge and education,pattern of teacher learning and development is slowly coming into focus.The in-service training of preschool teachers also began to extend to the direction of “learning and development”.In this study,50 preschool teachers from Beijing,Shanghai,Jiangsu,Guangdong,Fujian and Guizhou provinces and cities participated in the “Guopei Plan 2016” were tested with 8 days of participatory training and experiential training.The needs of preschool teachers were investigated by questionnaire before the training curriculum.After class,the arousal curriculum was evaluated by interview and evaluation tools,and two teachers were selected to follow up the case after the curriculum.The results of the research are as follows:1.In the pre-test,the scores of the seven dimensions of the preschool teachers' learning and development level scale were as follows:The average score of culture cultivation is the lowest 1.94,and the average score of team cooperation is 2.824.It means that preschool teachers pay attention to the cultivation of collective teamwork ability,but their own cultural literacy needs to be improved.2.According to the overall evaluation of the curriculum,the overall score of self-reflection curriculum is the highest than that of other dimensions,which indicates that the preschool teachers participating in the training are satisfied with the overall evaluation of the curriculum “my growth and reflection”.It shows that the overall arrangement of the course is more reasonable and comprehensive.However,the overallscore of the career planning course showed a low state,and the teachers involved in the training were not satisfied with the overall evaluation of“play with our career” course,which indicated that the overall setting of the curriculum needed to be adjusted and perfected step by step.3.There are higher scores in class arrangement and teacher arrangement than those in other projects.Therefore,teachers participating in training are basically satisfied with time arrangement and teacher arrangement.4.In the aspect of curriculum implementation,the mean scores of implementation goals of each dimension are between 4.59-4.96,which indicates that the lecturers in each dimension have achieved the expected goals well in the course of curriculum implementation.As for the content of the curriculum,the five courses of team cooperation,self reflection,cultural edification,information literacy and belief mission are more reasonable and appropriate.The average occupation rate of career planning courses in kindergarten teachers is 32%,and the average proportion of learning motivation courses is 20%,which is no more than 1/3,indicating that the contents of two courses are not reasonable enough to be further arranged and adjusted.From the perspective of curriculum implementation,cultural edification curriculum has the lowest score,indicating that researchers need to further enrich the implementation of cultural curriculum.5.90.70% of the teachers were satisfied with the course “my way of growth and reflection”.In addition,five courses were mentioned by the teachers who participated in the training,which indicated that the teachers' overall satisfaction with the pilot curriculum was high.6.In the case follow-up evaluation,the most obvious influence of Erwecken curriculum” on preschool teachers is self-reflection and cultural edification,which directly affect their own living habits and teaching methods.Second is the need for information literacy and teamwork that are indirectly relevant to the life around them.But the academic motivation,the belief mission and so on more implicit course,cannot intuitively manifest.In summary,this study will improve the design and implementation of thecurriculum,and the prospect of future courses.
