The national kindergarten teacher training program is established in achievingthe aim of providing the professional training to the kindergarten teachers in roll inthe middle and west of China within5years. This program arises in the light of rapiddevelopment of preschool education, and as a result, it attracts the close attention ofpublic considering its function which enables the kindergarten teachers to strike for animprovement.This essay will undertake an in-depth investigation into the current situation ofthe National kindergarten training program in Jiangxi by introducing document,survey, interview and observation.2surveys were issued regarding this program: thefirst one was about the training for commercial kindergarten while the second one wasfocused on the national kindergarten. The overall surveys issued amounted for456inconducting this research with a feedback rate of94.3%. This research illustrates thepresent situation of the program in Jiangxi Province; discuss the need for such trainingprogram and compare the difference of the training program in terms of training levelsand types; analyze the need for the National training program and the current situation.This report will investigate and research further by combining interviews.Based on the research, a series of conclusions were found and summarized:1The national kindergarten teacher training program is highly successful that thetrainees express satisfaction.2The program is highly welcome and required with following details,1)regarding the training content, the teachers prefer professional study expecting forpragmatic and feasible skills that can be applied immediately.2)in terms of form, itrequires direct demonstration which enables participators to be involved.3)regarding the certification, the teachers with rich practical experience are preferred.4)as for the time, the orientation day could be adjusted to be se in the summer/winterbreaks.5)the location is expected to be made in Nanchang due to the convenienceregarding the traffic.6)test methods can be integrated into attendance and teachingretrospection.3The comparison between the real situation and demand gives a conclusion:1)too theoretical in training content;2)it acquires more guide and interactions in termsof training method;3)the trainer’s qualification meets the need for the trainees;4) training time and location can be improved;5)the test is consistent with the needs.The solution in improving the program is illustrated below:1government: to increase the surveys before and afterwards; to adjust thetraining time and location; to optimize the training administration.2trainee parties: to stress the preciseness; optimize the training form; strengthenthe post training guide.3kindergarten: to perfect the kindergarten training administration.
