Observation ability is one of the essential professional abilities of kindergarten teachers and also an important way for the professional development of kindergarten teachers.Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the observation ability of kindergarten teachers,but there are few comparative studies on the observation ability of kindergarten novice teachers and mature teachers.The comparative study of the two can better improve the observation ability of new kindergarten teachers and promote the development of early childhood education,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.This study adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case study method.Which issued 200 questionnaires,recycling effective questionnaire 186,through the collection of data samples of descriptive statistics,and from different dimensions for kindergarten novice teachers and mature observation ability of comparative study,at the same time,choose Tianjin Z kindergarten two kindergarten novice teachers(0,1.5 years)and two mature kindergarten teachers(4,7 years)as a case study object,and connecting with the interview correlation analysis.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The overall observation ability of kindergarten teachers is good,but it needs to be further strengthened.2.There are significant differences between the observation abilities of kindergarten novice teachers and mature teachers in the four dimensions of observation objectives,observation methods,observation records and observation results.3.Kindergarten novice teachers and mature teachers’ observation ability in observing consciousness,determine the purpose,clear observation content,develop a plan of observing,understanding observation method,using observation method,identify the observation information,choose the observation information,the integrity of the observation records,analysis the objectivity of observation ten subdimension exist significant difference.4.Novice kindergarten teachers have the ability to determine observation targets,master observation methods,select valuable information for observation and record,and use theoretical analysis to evaluate children’s behavior ability which is weaker than that of mature kindergarten teachers.Through theoretical guidance and practical analysis,the results of the survey are discussed one by one.Based on kindergarten novice teachers and mature observation ability of comparative study,the research on how to promote kindergarten teachers’ observation ability,put forward before the on-the-job education,kindergarten management,and system construction,improve the kindergarten novice teachers observation ability,improve the kindergarten mature suggested strategies for observation ability.
