New ideas and new theories of infant education are injected into infant education practice constantly.Teachers have a more scientific understanding on "evaluation",and evaluative speech acts have also been concerned by teachers.In kindergarten,drawing is the important content for kindergarten art education,and the collective education is the main form for implementing drawing teaching activities.Therefore,in drawing teaching activities,teachers' evaluative speech plays the leading role,and evaluative speech acts are also an important part in teachers' teaching behaviors.Comparing to the mature teachers,the newly employed teachers are unable to master the characteristics of infant age due to the limited working experience,while mature teachers lay more emphasis on experience when evaluating infants in teaching activities.Therefore,the proper evaluative speech cannot be given to infant always timely and accurately.Through observing and comparing the current situation of mature teachers' and newly employed teachers'speech evaluation on infant in collective drawing teaching activities,the current situation of mature teachers and newly employed teachers in speech evaluation and problems existed in speech evaluation are found out in the paper,which provides references for in-service teachers and newly employed teachers to more effectively make good speech evaluation in drawing activities.Researchers researched the evaluative speech acts of mature teachers(6)and newly employed teachers(6)of a middle degree kindergarten in collective drawing teaching activities with event sampling observation method and non-participatory observation method,with a total of 24 collective drawing teaching activities being collected.312 speech evaluations are systematized and summarized aiming at these 24 collective drawing activities.Through comparing the current situation of teachers'evaluative speech acts of mature teachers in collective drawing teaching activities,researchers found out the current situation of evaluative speech acts of newly employed teachers and mature teachers in collective drawing teaching activities,thus,the reasons for these problems are discussed,and the corresponding suggestions are proposed.
