In recent years,with the acceleration of the process of reform and opening up,the educational development level in minority areas in China has been constantly improved along with the transformation and upgrading of social economy.In the past,people used to describe the minority areas in terms of poverty,backward development,feudal ideology,etc.Scholars also used to present the learning situation of students in minority areas from the perspective of dropouts,academic failure or poor.However,in the new era,attention should be paid to the study of minority areas and minority students from a different perspective.We should pay attention to those outstanding students and analyze the factors behind their excellence.The paper is divided into six parts.The introduction part describes the research background,explains the main problems of the research,and then reviews the relevant research results.On this basis,the research idea of this formed.The first chapter explains the field point——linxia huimin middle school,the research object——“pearl students”.The second chapter discuss why “pearl students”perfer huimin middle school.the third chapter analyzes the reasons that influence the academent of“pearl students”from four external factors:policy,social support and culture,school factors,family attitudes and peer influence.The fourth chapter starts from the individual factors in the ecological environment of education and analyzes the influence of their motivation,methods,mentality and academic self-efficacy on their academic performance.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and discussion part,which responds to the questions raised in the introduction and further extends the research results.
