As you can see, Career Success is every Professional Woman’s goals and dreams. Since20th century, women has gradually entered workplace and get more and more economic independence and political independence, a number of women entered workplace which men has dominated before. They make a crucial role in organization, continuously to achieve the success of the organization and herown success. Indeed, it’s a little part of women, most of them in a state of career stagnation or retreat, there is a big gap to achieve Career Success between dream and reality. When referring to literatures database home and abroad, the research of affecting Professional Woman’s Career Success mainly located in physiology, gender and policy support at macro level; On the contrary, you know, there’s a little research about it from a psychological point of view at micro level. Meanwhile increasingly research denotes that different employees have apparent difference in Perceived Organizations Support and Professional Success, the personality has become a vital influencing factor. But so far there are few literatures directly study the relationship among Professional Woman’s Locus of Control Perceived Organizations Support and Career Success. Therefore, this study constructed the Locus of Control as the independent variable, Career Success as the dependent variable, and the Perceived Organizations Support as the intervening variable theoretical model, and there relationship was analyzed, clarifying the interior and exterior factors contribute to the success of career women furthermore, optimizing human resources management for the enterprise and provide feasible basis to promote women’s career success.First, the research used from Spector (1986) who compiled IELCS, Ling Wenquna, Yang Haijun, and Fang Liluo (2006) compiled perceived organizational support scale, Job satisfaction scale by Greehaus(1990) and OKCT by Eby(2003) composed such subjective career success scale questionnaire survey for436women from various industries.By using variance analysis and correlation analysis and regression analysis and other statistical methods for data processing, then analysis the results of the study so that they can provide operational advice for Professional Woman and enterprise, finally elaborating the deficiencies and directions for future research. To sum up, the following conclusions:First, the scales in this research had good reliability and validity; they were suitable for the professional women.Second, there are significant differences between Locus of Control, Perceived Organizations Support and Career SuccessThird, Locus of Control can predict Perceived Organizations Support, Career Success positively and significantly.Fourth, Perceived Organizations Support plays the intermediary role between Locus of Control and Career Success.Fifth, Theoretical models to reach adaptation criteria.Thus, this study shows that, Professional Woman’s Locus of Control can promote the Perceived Organizations Support and Career Success.; Locus of Control not only can directly affect the Professional Woman’s Career Cuccess, but also can influence the Career Success through Perceived Organizations Support...
