With the accelerating pace of economy in China,more and more people who live in rural and remote areas choose to leave their home and go to metropolis for survival.Among them,there are some parents bring their children to the metropolis to live with them,and the migrant children come into being.Migrant children are easy to be unconfident and timid in the face of unfamiliar environment.Therefore,the migrant children's resilience level needs to be focused immediately.Resilience is an ability,it is the ability of individuals to show their good adaptability and respond positively to difficulties or adversity.Resilience is available to everyone,but the resilience level is different for each person because of the internal and external protective factors.Based on Q community in Huizhou normal situation of migrant children,the author as a professional social worker enter the community for professional services,and the author mainly responsible for the design and carry out those activities in order to ascend the resilience level in migrant children.In the process,the author collects the basic information of migrant children through interview method and observation method firstly.Secondly,the author step in with an advantage perspective,and choose the group work method to help migrant children in the construction of inner protective factor,and it is used to enhance the sense of self-efficacy and optimism of migrant children.Through the pretest and post-test data of migrant children that the author have made,it can be concluded that group work is an efficient way to improve the resilience level of migrant children.Finally,in the last part of this thesis,the author makes a relevant explanation on the advantages,limitations and suggestions of this study.
