A Research On The Factors Affecting The Performance Of The Undergraduates' Entrepreneurship Policy

It is fifteen years that the system of our country's Undergraduates' Entrepreneurship Policy has come to appearance.This policy's formulation and execution have not only effectively promoted the activities of undergraduates' entrepreneurship,relieving the pressure of their employment to a certain degree,but also constantly changed the concept on employment.Quan Zhou city has always been closely following up the national and provincial policy requirements,building up undergraduates' entrepreneurship policy and actively promoting its implementation.However,although undergraduates' entrepreneurship policy has already achieved certain effects,as a whole,this policy has not reached its ideal effects.This paper is based on the study of ten colleges of Quan Zhou city.The relevant data coming from this study could reflect the real situation of undergraduates' entrepreneurship activities.On this basis,the paper also explores and analyses all kinds of factors that can influence the implementation of undergraduates' entrepreneurship policy.This paper applies the methods of document research and questionnaire survey.Taking the perspective of Smith Process Model,this paper analyzes the four factors which can have an impact on the implementation of undergraduates' entrepreneurship policy in detail,including entrepreneurship policy,executive agency,target group and environmental elements.I think that the execution of undergraduates' entrepreneurship policy,its constraint and influential factors have more related to this policy's target group---undergraduates,apart from the influence of policy making,executive agency and environmental effects,and,on the basis of this,the paper also puts forward some modifies suggestions.I hope this research can provide a theoretical foundation for the making of undergraduates' entrepreneurship policy,give more references on the implementation of undergraduates' entrepreneurship policy and offer more enlightenment on the work of undergraduates' entrepreneurship.
