| With the gradual increase of the number of college graduates in recent years,the employment problem of college students has become a hot issue of concern to the government and society,and to support the creation and innovation of college students is one of the important ways to solve the employment problem of College students.College students to participate in the business activities,not only can solve the employment problems of their own and others,to play their own knowledge and skills,but also in the economic growth,increasing government revenue and make a contribution to society.Therefore our government has issued a number of policies to promote entrepreneurship for college students,such as college students not only for entrepreneurs to provide tax relief,interest free loans,free to provide business venues and build students' venture incubator support measures,but also in the academic aspect allows college students retain the school business,the implementation of flexible credit system and setting up enterprise education,all-round support students to actively participate in business activities,especially in the premier Li Keqiang proposed to "public entrepreneurship,innovation" call,to support students'entrepreneurship activities more obvious preferential measures.However,in the face of such preferential policies,the rate of college students in our country is still low.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to analyze and study the influencing factors of entrepreneurial intention.The main contents of this paper are:the first chapter is the introduction,the background and research purpose,research contents,research significance and research framework and possible innovation;the second chapter is the theoretical foundation and research,the review of entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship policy and entrepreneurial intention theory literature,accordingly summary of the existing model of factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of college students,analyzes the deficiencies existing in the theoretical model;the third chapter is the construction of the hypothesis and the theoretical model,first analyze the relationship between entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship,entrepreneurship education policy;secondly on the basis of previous entrepreneurial intention model,the paper builds a theoretical model of public business,the innovation background,and puts forward the corresponding hypothesis;the fourth chapter is the analysis of questionnaire and empirical,selected Take the previous scholars to use a more mature scale,using statistical software to test the hypothesis.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and Prospect of the study,according to the empirical results of the corresponding analysis,draw conclusions and enlightenment,summarize the shortcomings of the study and the future research prospects.The purpose of this paper is to analyze the deep-seated reasons for the low rate of College Students' Entrepreneurship in the context of the perfect policy and entrepreneurship education.In the theory of planned behavior(TPB theory)on the basis of a model,combined with the public venture,the highly innovative background,entrepreneurship education,entrepreneurship policy two variables,and builds a model of factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of college students is more situational.First of all,this paper puts forward the research hypotheses by using the theoretical reasoning,and then uses SPSS21.0 and structural equation model to verify the stability and rationality of each measurement index.The results of the study showedthat entrepreneurship education through the perceived behavior control has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention of college students,entrepreneurship policy has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial intention of college students through entrepreneurial attitude,subjective norm effect on entrepreneurial intention is not significant.Entrepreneurial attitude and perceived behavioral control play an intermediary role in this process. |
