Chinese civilization has a long history.Its traditional culture is extensive and profound.It has a long history.In the long history of 5000 years,it has nurtured the traditional artistic style of the Chinese nation,and naturally formed rich and colorful elements of traditional Chinese culture.How to apply traditional Chinese culture elements to the teaching of design & application in junior middle school and improve students' ability of design and application,I have explored below.This paper first analyzes the research background,purpose and significance,research status and research methods,by selecting the number of junior high schools around Zhejiang in Hangzhou,the status of the teaching of design-Application in the field of art teaching,the sorting and collection of images,text and materials,at the same time the author through the network system,search information,the relevant research on the related literature at home and abroad are introduced,the definition and induction of China elements,and summarizes the extraction method,interpretation of the "design-application fields of study the teaching goal and the present situation of teaching,and teaching practice,for different types of case teaching in the display and analysis.To realize the Chinese traditional culture and" design & Application "better integration in the junior middle school teaching,make students through the study of the effective inheritance of Chinese The traditional culture has improved the students' ability of designing and applying.
