Research On The Development Of Community Education Resources In Universities

Community education resources are the foundation to ensure the effective development of community education activities,and an important component to promote the sustainable development of community education,and improve the quality of all members of society.In order to break through the bottleneck of the shortage of community education resources,the establishment of learning society and the construction of large education system and lifelong education system are of great significance.The integration of existing educational resources in the community has become an important topic of concern to all sectors of society.As a higher education institution,universities have brought together many high-quality educational resources,including human,material,organizational,information,financial and cultural resources.They have a role that other social organizations cannot surpass in promoting the development of community education and meeting the needs of community education resources.There is an urgent need for us to carry out a systematic and in-depth study on the educational resources that can promote community education activities in universities.In particular,this research mainly focuses on the following aspects:Firstly,overview of community education resources in university.The community education resources in university refer to the material and spiritual wealth that can be used of community education activity and be provided with educational meanings in university,including human,material,financial,cultural,organizational and information resources,with the process of existence,connection of use,specialization of resources,external effect and delayed characteristic effect.On this basis,I differentiate those conceptions between the community education resources of University and college education resources,social education resources of university and community education resources of primary and middle school,which lays a foundation for the further understanding of the community education resources in university.Secondly,the necessity and feasibility of the development of the community education resources in university.The development of the community education resources in university is not only the appeal of the development of the society and the times,but also the inherent requirement of the development of the community and the university itself.At the same time,universities have the endowment of high quality community education resources,and the state attaches great importance to the development of community education resources,which provides the possibility for the development of community education resources in university.Thirdly,the types of community education resources development in universities.According to the elements of educational resources,this study arranged six categories of community education resources development from easy to difficult into the human resources of universities,the material resources of universities,the information resources of university,the organizational resources of university,the financial resources of university and the cultural resources of university.Fourthly,The principles,processes and strategies of the development of the community education resources in university.It should follow the principles of mutual benefit,people-oriented,overall consideration and local conditions.On the basis of it,we should accord to the following procedures to develop the community education resources in university: set for the objectives,identify and evaluate the community education resources in universities,develop it and evaluate the effectiveness of the development and utilization of university community education resources.The incentive mechanism for the development of community education resources in university can be constructed by making a plan for the development of community education resources in university,Constructing the incentive Mechanism for the Development of it,Establishing the guarantee system of it and taking the targeted measures to develop it.
