With the development of the concept of lifelong education is gradually understood and accepted by the public and began to infiltrate in people’s daily life.community education also arouses the attention of experts and scholars.The fundamental purpose of community education is to promote lifelong learning community residents and to establish the concept of lifelong education. For the residents of the community,the school education more reflected at the level of theoretical value,and the value of community education is embodied in the practice of community activities and more experience and understanding. The value of community education is gradually emerging,which hand to create to a good community environment as members of the community.On the other hand,it meets the needs of its spiritual and cultural UNESCO.Director Dave burger education research United Nations had thought that the ultimate goal of lifelong education is to maintain and improve the quality of life,while people living community is a main place.The effects of community residents’ life quality will be affected by the quality of community education.Therefore,community education is the best way to meet a kind of education form lifelong development needs of the community residents.
