Study Of The Construction Of Community Digital Education Resources

Resources are the basis of community education, and the digital education resources are from the deeper integration of digital technology and community education. Community digital education resources construction is a necessary means for promoting education equity and fulfilling education resources sharing. Also, it is a key for enriching community education resources, improving the quality of community education and innovating the carrier of community education. More importantly, it plays a unique role in constructing of lifelong education system and a learning society. With the goal of solving the problems from the construction of the community digital education resources, this paper, in the background of deeper integration of digital technology and community education, explores the factors that affect the resources construction On the basis of taking consideration of the resources construction status and actors, the essay puts forward the strategies which are to promote the constructions of community digital education resources.Thesis is divided into five sections:The first part is an introduction. It mainly elaborates on the research backgrounds, review, purpose, significance, thinking, methods and innovations, which provides the whole idea for the thesis.The second part is the relevant concepts. On the basis of literature research, it teases out the basic and core concepts of resources construction, and provides a theoretical direction for subsequent research.The third part is attribution analysis of community digital education resources construction. To this day, the construction of community digital education resources has made great progress in awareness, software and hardware resources, security system and professionals. However, we need to have a clear understanding that:there are many problems in the five aspects above them from the existing practice. Obviously, whether it is the achievements or problems, the resources construction has an important significance for community education, lifelong education system and a learning society. After discussing the importance and necessity of resources construction, in conjunction with other relevant material, this paper analyzes the key factors of community digital education resources construction from three aspects, namely, macro management, community education development, and the dynamic mechanism of subjects.The fourth part is the measures that promote the construction of community digital education resources. Starting from the significance, status and causes of resources construction, the thesis deduces five strategies, which are from the awareness, infrastructure, standardization system and evaluation system, co-construction and sharing mechanism and professionals, to promote the resources construction in order.The fifth part is the summary, which summarizes the text.
