The cultivation of students' core qualities is a hot issue in current education.How to cultivate and develop students' core qualities in school education has become a major problem in the curriculum and teaching reform of primary and secondary schools.This is a challenge for schools,especially teachers,and it is also a challenge.Promote opportunities for teachers' professional development and ability enhancement.Based on the integration process of core literacy curriculum,teaching,evaluation and teacher professional development,teachers should rethink their role orientation in the core literacy perspective.How teachers change and position their roles is not only an important guarantee for the smooth implementation of core literacy,but also a bottleneck that restricts the development of teachers.Based on this,the paper adopts methods such as literature and survey methods,and combines domestic and foreign theoretical research results to conduct in-depth exploration and analysis of the teacher's role from the theoretical and practical levels,and to address the role of teachers in the perspective of core literacy.Make suggestions and expect to help teachers' development.Based on the analysis of the framework of " all-round development" of Chinese students' core qualities,the questionnaires and interviews were conducted among the seven middle schools in Yinchuan to find out more about the teachers' understanding of core literacy.Teacher groups have a clearer understanding and grasp of core literacy,but there are also problems that cannot be ignored:Firstly,teachers' recognition of core literacy is low and their understanding is not deep enough.Secondly,there is a conflict between the orientation of teachers' roles and their performance;Thirdly is that teachers' roles have encountered many obstacles in their transition.Based on the analysis of the status quo of current teacher roles and future teacher development trends,the dissertation further discusses the discussion of teacher roles in the perspective of core literacy,and summarizes the role orientation of teachers in core literacy.This role orientation includes researchers of core qualities,reflective practitioners of cultural foundations,co-constructors of social participation professionals and curriculum culture,and designers,developers,and appraisers of autonomous development.At the same time,we try to put forward the path of fulfilling the role of teachers in the view of core literacy:First,improve the teacher participation system at the national level,and broaden the ways for teachers to participate in core literacy research;second,school management,improve the management system,and develop curriculum resources.Provide good external support.Third,establish a home-school,school-based community interaction and cooperation mechanism at the social level.Fourth,update the inherent teaching ideas and traditional teaching concepts,change teaching methods,and strengthen self-reflection skills.Responsibility awareness and establish a sense of lifelong learning.
