Based on the multiple requirements of history subject education and teaching reform,student development and teacher growth,contemporary high school history teachers urgently need to improve self-literacy.The author starts from the current situation of Huaian District's history education and teaching,and explores and constructs the three-dimensional self-promotion strategy system.First,it clarifies the origin,meaning and purpose of the study.This paper analyzes the status quo and shortcomings of the research on the core competence of teachers in domestic and foreign academic circles.And defines the related concepts of core literacy,core discipline of history discipline,core competence of history teacher and so on.This paper analyzes the ideas and methods of research,and analyzes the factors of the upgrading of the history teachers in Huai'an high school in the light of the questionnaire survey and interviews.Then,combining with the actual situation of this area,we think about the strategy of self-promotion of core teachers of history teachers in senior high school.Through the development,use,through the network resources,university resources,teacher resources,local resources to enhance the realm and broaden their horizons through the development of awareness,classical reading,teaching reflection,self-evaluation and other paths.Through the search for schools,higher authorities in the policy support and institutional incentives to promote the upgrading of teacher literacy.Finally,the author in accordance with the individual-teaching and research group-the school three levels,and gradually put this program into practice.Start from the case,follow the individual development process.At present,the author has summed up the experience from the success of the case,and through the way the subject of the history of teaching and research group was promoted.In the process,constantly sum up experience and lack of reference for schools and relevant authorities.Hope that their efforts to enhance the core of teachers and teachers to make a certain contribution to the building.The focus of this paper:1.Research on the status quo of the core accomplishment of rural senior middle school teachers.2.Research on the ways and methods of enhancing the core competence of rural high school history teachers.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,we can strengthen the understanding of the core quality of high school history teachers and guide them to establish a suitable career development plan.
