To Promote Employment Policy Research Of Higher Vocational Students In Liaoning Province

It is an indisputable fact that senior vocational students are not competitive in today's job market,and their employment rate and employment quality are low.It is one of the important means to solve the employment problem of vocational college graduates to promulgate and implement relevant policies to promote the employment of vocational college students.Papers on promoting employment policies of higher vocational students in liaoning province as the research object,using literature study,policy terms and conditions and to carry out the process analysis method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,and other research methods.This paper mainly analyzes and evaluates the effectiveness of employment policy of higher vocational colleges in liaoning province from three aspects of employment policy formulation,policy content and policy implementation effect.Through the policy evaluation,we have generally grasped the degree to which liaoning employment policy plays a role,the main factors to restrict it and the reasons for its existence.According to these factors and the reasons,combined with relevant national policies and specific employment situation of liaoning province,in the higher vocational employment policy terms and conditions improve,policy implementation procedures,monitoring and implementation effect evaluation and so on,puts forward the corresponding improvement Suggestions.
