Research On The Employment Policy Of Students In Higher Vocational Colleges In Wenzhou City

Recently years,the importance of education has been increasing.The vocational colleges are the lowest threshold for entering higher education and have become the focus of college enrollment expansion.It has led to difficulties for graduates from various higher vocational colleges.In this regard,the local governments have formulated some policies to alleviate.For example,the village official policy,and encourages the graduates of higher vocational colleges to go down to the grass-roots level.Such as the policy to encourage self-employment,it leds graduates from vocational colleges to start their own businesses and provides capital,technology,venue and other support for entrepreneurs.As a "pioneer" who took the lead in developing the private economy,Wenzhou has done a lot to promote the employment policy of students in higher vocational colleges.The current employment promotion policies implemented by Wenzhou are similar to other places,some progress has been made in solving the employment difficulties of higher vocational graduates,but it still has not been fundamentally resolved.This paper takes graduates from 5 vocational colleges in Wenzhou as the research object,the employment status,employment characteristics and employment policies of wenzhou vocational college graduates are understood by means of questionnaire survey and personal interview,then interviews obtain more detailed employment policy information.Through the analysis of the survey results found,the current implementation of Wenzhou's employment policy involves ignorance of the employment policy and low employment satisfaction,discrepancies between employment policies and actual needs,and insufficient implementation of employment policies to stimulate entrepreneurial enthusiasm.As a result,there is a lack of coordination between industrial development and talent supply at the level of employment policy formulation,a lack of comprehensive guidance in the content of employment policies,and policy guarantees and inadequate supervision in the implementation of employment policies.After analyzing the causes of employment policy issues,based on the actual situation in Wenzhou,we have formulated in-depth solutions to existing problems,and also made relevant recommendations from the three parts of employment policy formulation,employment policy content and employment policy implementation.The article coordinated the talent training of employers and higher vocational colleges by adjusting and supporting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises inpolicy formulation and improving the quality of employment supply for graduates of higher vocational colleges,and accelerated the industrial adjustment and talent supply of the job market.By enriching the content of the employment policy,establishing a scientific and effective employment service system,improving the employment information service network,strengthening vocational training guidance and establishing an internship system,and innovating enterprises to participate in higher vocational education policies to effectively and effectively perform the policy functions and promote the graduation of higher vocational colleges The quality of employment of students;By improving the security system for vocational graduates in the implementation of the employment policy,establishing and improving the self-employment policy for vocational students,and strengthening the supervision of the employment policy,the public awareness of the employment policy is further expanded to achieve the purpose of strengthening system protection.So as to better improve local policies,promote employment in higher vocational colleges,and improve the employment atmosphere of local graduates.
