Research On The Influencing Factors Of College Students' Entrepreneurial Spirit

Nowadays,our country is in the era background of “mass entrepreneurship,innovation”.Entrepreneurship is an inexhaustible driving force for the promotion of social and economic development.It is also an important way for individuals to realize their values in life.As the main force of entrepreneurial practice,undergraduates can not only relieve their own employment pressure,but also cultivate their own sense of innovation and entrepreneurial ability,thus providing a new impetus for our country to adapt to the “new normal”.Entrepreneurship requires the encouragement and support of a good social environment.It also requires a great deal of self-employment and the support of entrepreneurial spirit.Entrepreneurship is the driving force for entrepreneurial activities,and it is also a powerful spiritual force for entrepreneurs to practice entrepreneurial practices.Strengthening the cultivation of college students' entrepreneurial spirit is particularly important for stimulating their entrepreneurial enthusiasm and strengthening their entrepreneurial confidence.This article uses college students as research objects,collects primary data through questionnaires,and uses correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analysis,and diversity analysis methods to integrate schools,families,society,and individuals into the research model and build entrepreneurial spirit of college students.The impact factor model explores the impact of schools,families,society,and individuals on entrepreneurship.Studies have shown that schools,families,society,and individuals have significant positive effects on the entrepreneurial spirit of college students;gender has significant differences in the entrepreneurial spirit of college students,and men's entrepreneurship is stronger than women;while grades and work experience have a positive impact on the entrepreneurship of college students.There is no significant difference.On this basis,it is proposed that schools should create corresponding entrepreneurial environment and implementation conditions to cultivate the entrepreneurial spirit of college students;families should focus on creating an open education style and foster entrepreneurial spirit of college students;society should strongly support and guide demonstrations to support the entrepreneurship of college students.Spirit;Individuals must work hard and be positive,strengthening the awareness of the cultivation of their own entrepreneurial spirit.
