A Study On The Factors Affecting College Students' Entrepreneurship Willingness In Nanchang City

In recent years,with the country's various students on the introduction of business support policies and landing,the whole country on the "innovation and entrepreneurship" highly concerned about the "public entrepreneurship,innovation" under the call,many college students set off a wave Of the entrepreneurial boom,entrepreneurship has become the main theme of the times.In order to understand the influencing factors of entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial intention of college students in Nanchang,this paper constructs the index system which influences the entrepreneurial willingness of college students through the systematic research on the factors that influence college students' entrepreneurial intention,from four aspects: individual,family,school and society design questionnaires,and selected the Nanchang ten representative colleges and universities issued a questionnaire on the entrepreneurial intention of college students the impact of the situation launched a survey.The survey issued a total of 1310 questionnaires,recovery 1261,the recovery rate of 96.25%,of which 70 copies of waste,the effective volume of 1191,the effective rate of 94.45%.This paper divides the factors that affect the college students' entrepreneurial intention into individual factors,family factors,school factors and social factors,and uses the acquired data to construct the path model of influencing factors of entrepreneurial intention of college students.It analyzes the specific variables of the four factors.Prospects and entrepreneurial possibilities,and to suggest targeted recommendations.Because the school's entrepreneurial atmosphere will infect the students 'entrepreneurial behavior,the school is the main position of the college students to accept the entrepreneurial education.This paper uses the quadrilateral model to analyze the comprehensive satisfaction of college students' entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial activities in Nanchang,and find out the school The advantages and opportunities of education.Through the interpretation of the results of this study,this paper draws the following main conclusions(part):(1)more than half of the college students in Nanchang interested in entrepreneurship,more students optimistic about the current business prospects,but after graduation is unlikely;(2)the importance of the factors that are important factors for college students' entrepreneurship: personal factors>family factors> social factors> school factors;(3)the entrepreneurial education in the school business platform and entrepreneurial competition belongs to the need to continue to maintain the advantages of the area,and entrepreneurship;(4)College students do not understand the relevant policies of entrepreneurship,the most expected business policy focused on venture capital> entrepreneurship training>entrepreneurship projects;(5)the current factors that hinder college students are mainly lack of social experience and personal connections,lack of entrepreneurial practice and lack of entrepreneurial experience,lack of funds and difficult to obtain business loans.According to the conclusion of this paper,we give some suggestions(some):(1)personal aspects,change the traditional concept of "male and female",improve their own entrepreneurial quality;(2)the family,play an exemplary role to share entrepreneurial experience;(3)the school,carry forward the advantages to the system,improve the opportunity system;(4)social aspects,build an information exchange platform with venture capitalists.
