Against the backdrop of the deepening reform of new curriculum,educational concepts and ideas in our country have experienced significant changes,which set higher requirements and challenges for teachers' professionalism,learning and adaptation capability.With the further promotion of education informationization,teaching research activities keep abreast with the trend of times,and have been developed into various new forms,among which network-based teaching research is a typical one.In 2012,the Ten-year Development Plan for Education Informationization(2011-2020)was released,that stipulated the activity of "One Excellent Course for Every Teacher,One Excellent Teacher for Every Course"(the activity of "One Teacher One Course" for short)should be carried out across the country in 2014.Until now the activity has been held for three times.Most teachers engaged in elementary education nationwide have actively participated in this activity,thus rapidly bringing a large amount of teaching resources together and making it a network-based teaching research case worthy of deep investigation and research.Firstly,on the basis of thoroughly organizing domestic and foreign existing literature,the concept of teaching research and network-based teaching research is defined.The features of network-based teaching research are analyzed,including the virtuality of environment,the diversity of subjects,the convenience of time and space,the abundance of resource,from which we can see the connection and distinction between the network-based teaching research of high school physics and the regular teaching research.Secondly,the characteristics of the activity of "One Teacher One Course",the organization and management structure of the activity and the high school physics teachers' behaviors in the network-based teaching research are analyzed.In order to acquire comprehensive relevant research information and master the practical effect of the activity,the investigation and research is carried out mainly through the questionnaire survey,supplemented by individual interviews.By counting and analyzing the results,teachers' attitude and behaviors in the network-based teaching research and the activity,the effect of the activity on teachers,difficulties teachers encounter during their participation and their suggestions for improvement are acquired.Lastly,based on the research of the participation of high school physics teachers in the network-based teaching research and the activity of "One Teacher One Course",issues which still remain in the network-based teaching research of high school physics are analyzed.That is to say,the environment for the network-based teaching research is to be improved,the organization and management of the network-based teaching research still lags behind and the design of network-based teaching research activities is defective.According to these characteristics,three suggestions are put forward.Firstly,we should optimize the environment for the network-based teaching research,creating a people-centered physical and cultural environment,improving teachers' creative ability on this basis.Secondly,we need to regulate the organization and management of the network-based teaching research,creating an objective and fair evaluation system,enhancing the constraint and incentive mechanism.Thirdly,we should improve the design of network-based teaching research activities,strengthening its role in guiding the network-based teaching research,combining with traditional teaching research,focusing on the direction of experimental teaching research.
