Experiment Objective:Provide scientific theories and practical references for male college students' trainings and physique improvement,by comparing the effects brought onto non-sports major male students from Crossfit training,endurance running and PE classes.Methods:This experiment was conducted by documents referring,experimenting and statistic data collecting.Picking 45 non-sports major male students from Normal University,and randomly dividing them into experimental group,control group 1 and control group 2,each group contained 15 individuals.The three groups were subjected to perform 8 weeks of Crossfit training,endurance running and PE classes.Using Body Shape Index(height,weight,BMI),Body Function Index(vital capacity),and Body Quality Index(50m Running,1000 m Running,Standing Long Jump,Seated Body Flexion,Pull-ups)as evaluation criteria.Using independent sample T to test and compare the changes of each index before and after the experiment.Results: The Body Function Index and Body Quality Index from experimental group all showed significant differences,p<0.05.The weights,Body Function Index,1000m-running results and seated body flexion results from control group 1 showed significant differences,p<0.05.No statistical difference showed in any evaluation criteria from control group 2.Conclusions: 1.Crossfit training has less obvious influence on male college students' Body Shape Index;endurance running has good effects on male college students' weight loss.2.Crossfit training and endurance running have positive effects on vital capacity.3.Crossfit training has significant effects on male college students' physical quality,among which the enhancement on upper body's strength is most obvious;endurance running has good effects on improving the 1000m-running results and the seated body flexion results 4.Crossfit training has the same significant positive effect on improving college students' 1000m-running and seated body flexion compared to endurance running.5.The weekly PE class has less influence on students' physical fitness,it just has the effect to maintain the physical fitness level.
