| Purposes: This study applies CrossFit training to college students’ physical exercise,and explores its impact on college students’ physical fitness.It provides practical reference for extending CrossFit training to college students’ physical exercise and physical education.Methods: A total of 23 non-sports male and female college students were used to perform CrossFit intervention training for 3 weeks per week for a total of 9 weeks.The differences in the physical fitness parameters of the subjects before and after CrossFit training for 9 weeks were compared.Through the subject feedback questionnaire,the participants’ attitudes toward the intensity,interest,challenge,and recommendation attitude of CrossFit training were obtained.Results:(1)Body composition,9-week CrossFit training can significantly reduce the BPF of male and female college students,can significantly improve girls’ WHR,but has no significant improvement on male and female BMI and male WHR;(2)Cardiopulmonary fitness,9-week CrossFit training can significantly improve the male and female the vital capacity and 12 min running scores;(3)Muscle fitness,the9-week CrossFit training can significantly improve the grip strength of men and women,vertical jump,push-ups,sit-ups;(4)Flexibility and fitness,the 9-week CrossFit training can not significantly improve the sit and reachin scores of college students;(5)Participants in the CrossFit training group gave good feedback on the intensity,load,organization,CrossFit challenge and interest of the 9-week CrossFit training program.Conclusions:(1)CrossFit training has a good effect of reducing fat and shaping,and it has better effect on improving the cardiopulmonary fitness and muscle fitness of college students,but the improvement effect on flexibility and fitness is notobvious;(2)CrossFit is affected by subjects has a good feedback on the training program and can be promoted as a college physical education course in the future. |
