Calligraphy is the art of Chinese character writing,which has typical Chinese cultural and artistic features and it is a treasure of Chinese culture.In recent years,in the background of the revival of Chinese traditional culture,the Ministry of education promote the education of calligraphy education policies,which shows a good momentum of development.The calligraphy education in primary and middle school is an important part of basic education.On August 2,2011,the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China issued " the suggestion of the Ministry of education about carrying out the calligraphy education" and on January 25,2013 the Ministry of Education issued the "calligraphy education guidelines about primary and middle school ",Since then the spring of calligraphy education is coming.However,in the primary and middle school education system,calligraphy education has not been paid much attention for a long time.At present,there are still many problems in the practice of calligraphy education.I visited a lot of schools in Xinjiang Bazhou,I know calligraphy education in local faces dilemma deeply,which restricts the development.And what are the bottlenecks and shortcoming of calligraphy development : the shortage of professional calligraphy teacher,the serious phenomenon of part-time or temporary teacher;the school's vague about calligraphy education;unified calligraphy textbook;lack of scientific;unperfect special calligraphy classroom,multimedia teaching equipment or other teaching facilities equipped;the weak calligraphy education atmosphere,lack of soft environment.The mechanism of calligraphy education curriculum system need to be improved.The above problems are the problems of universality in the current calligraphy education.I started from school,family and society to analyze the reasons why calligraphy education development is delimited from three parts : Curriculum setting and Implementation of calligraphy education in primary and middle schools in Xinjiang;textbook selection and implementation,educational facilities and campus cultural environment.To find out the common problems existing in the development of calligraphy education I deeply analyze the reasons and puts forward the Countermeasures of development of the theory of calligraphy education,trying to provide a reference for the implementation and development of the Xinjiang middle school calligraphy teaching,to provide a reference for rational development of calligraphy education.
