With the development of the society,people's attention to education has been strengthened,and education has gradually become an important part of education.In early childhood education,etiquette education can form a good habit of etiquette in daily life,and to inherit and carry forward the excellent national cultural tradition,for young children to adapt to the social life plays an important role in the future.Etiquette education is the most basic code of conduct in daily life,which is the key to successful career.For young children,the formation of good manners is conducive to the acceptance of all kinds of external information,and establish good behavior habits.For preschool teachers need to learn how etiquette behavior in all kinds of teaching content,related knowledge of etiquette education,constantly optimize the etiquette education idea,set up the correct education of traditional etiquette culture,to improve children's etiquette education,and then form a trinity kindergartens,families,teachers and other etiquette education atmosphere.This article through to new rural preschool teachers' etiquette,the present study first through the questionnaire survey,interviews,observation of way to design the questionnaire,emphatically from the Angle of the occupation,class,image analysis the problems existing in the rural new etiquette preschool teachers.Specifically for new rural preschool teachers' etiquette and causes of the problems in the analysis of the problem points mainly includes rural new preschool teachers' etiquette dislocation ideological cognition,aesthetic accomplishment lack,lack of certain etiquette skills,including preschool teachers' own factors,the main reasons why the rural kindergarten environment factors,preschool normal education training,etc.Finally,the analysis to focus on increasing new rural preschool teachers' etiquette strategy focus from early childhood education should constantly improve their own etiquette culture,kindergarten level should strengthen and emphasize the construction of preschool teachers' etiquette literacy,preschool normal education should start from the overall situation education to strengthen the etiquette education such as three ways to study,and to promote new rural preschool teachers' etiquette to provide some reference and Suggestions.
