Improving the quality of rural pre-school education and revitalizing rural pre-school education is an important proposition of China’s education development.The country attaches great importance to rural pre-school education and the construction of rural teachers,and has issued a series of policy documents.The stability and development of rural preschool teachers is a key factor in the development of rural preschool education.Enhancing the sense of professional belonging is of great significance to the construction of rural preschool teachers.This study adopts a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods,and selects 136 rural preschool teachers in N county of C City as the research objects.It mainly focuses on professional emotion,professional role and responsibility,professional development and opportunity utilization,professional authority and restriction,acceptance and tolerance,respect and encouragement,reaction attitude of people around,and professional attitude This paper discusses the status quo of rural preschool teachers’ sense of professional belonging from the eight aspects of individual identity to kindergarten;Based on grounded theory,this paper makes three-level coding for the interview contents of Influencing Rural Preschool Teachers’ sense of professional belonging,clarifies four influencing factors of preschool teachers’ sense of professional belonging,including individual,environment,important others and national policies,and investigates the importance and satisfaction of the influencing factors.Through the analysis of the survey results,it is found that the professional belonging of rural preschool teachers has the following characteristics: the self-evaluation results of the professional belonging of rural preschool teachers are in the middle level,and the dimensions are not balanced;The professional sense of belonging of male teachers is significantly higher than that of female teachers.The teachers’ professional sense of belonging presents an inverted V trend with the increase of age;The professional sense of belonging of preschool teachers with bachelor’s degree is higher than that of other degrees;The professional sense of belonging of teachers with first-class professional title is higher than that of teachers with other professional titles.The factors that influence the professional belonging of rural preschool teachers are,from high to low,personal factors,important others,national policies and environmental factors.On this basis,in order to improve the professional sense of belonging of rural preschool teachers,specific feasible suggestions are put forward from three aspects: teachers themselves,kindergartens and local government: teachers themselves should actively seek the sense of belonging;Park should improve the management mechanism to increase the sense of acceptance;Local governments should increase the number of teachers and strengthen social security.
