The preschool teachers’ team is an important part of early childhood education and the development of preschool teachers will play an important role to early childhood education.The early childhood education ushered in the of development opportunities since a series of documents published in 2010.The development of things is dialectical,it is necessary to advance the contradictions and problems,but it also has the up-to-date leadership and unstoppable trend;the key lies in how to solve the existing problems inorder to further develop.This paper takes D county rural preschool teachers as the research object,using the methods of literature and questionnaire to survey the status of the development of rural preschool education in D Count.The paper applies Educational Fair Theory as the theoretical basis and support.The research analyzes changes of teachers structure in recent years,investigates the current situation and analysis of problems provides countermeasures.The team of teachers in rural areas is due to the hierarchical structure of urban and rural.It is an indisputable fact that development of urban and rural area is unbalanced.However,the development status of rural preschool teachers is also need further research as main part of kindergarten teachers team.From the current research,the existing contradiction and problems are sharp and it need combine with the practical survey and gradually improve.From the related study,it shows that preschool education in rural areas is unfair treated which is reveled from unfair distribution of resources and internal negative factors.It needs further investigation to find the problems,analyzes the deep reason and designs strategy.Rural preschool teachers is fundamental of preschool education development.It also is the weak links of construction of preschool teachers.It needs to find out the fundamental reason from the deep.It is the fundamental measures which design strategy suitable for local rural preschool education development and teachers,combined with the preschool education development goals to promote the development of preschool education in rural areas.Collects related literature review and understands the relevant research of this kindergarten teachers,kindergarten teachers in rural areas on the previous research.To insight into the frontier research,this paper has a solid theoretical foundation and finds the starting point of this paper;the discussion and analysis of the status of D County preschool education and rural preschool teachers,it paves the way for the whole thesis;Sorts out the characteristics of changes of the D county rural preschool teachers since 2008 to provide perspective and deeper investigation for the next chapter;And the investigation and analysis status of D County Rural teachers and summarizes existing problems combined with changes and characteristics in the structure of rural teachers in the D County areas;the analyzes comprehensively the reasons to the problems of teachers construction in village preschool.It reveals minority limitation in the teachers construction of rural preschool in D county,the negative factors in the history,the unfair phenomenon in politics,economy and culture,etc;the designs strategy through the problems,it provides the weak theory and realistic basis for the development of preschool education and rural preschool teachers in D County. |
