With the bilingual education of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang in-depth promotion,the bilingual education in Kashgar city had also obtained an affirmative achievements.However,the problem of insufficient quantity and low quality of bilingual teachers has became increasingly prominent.In order to alleviate the shortage of bilingual teachers,in recent years,Xinjiang has recruited graduates from other provinces and qualified personnel as bilingual teachers.As an important part of the bilingual teachers in primary and secondary schools in Kashgar City,Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers play an important role that can not be ignored in the development of local bilingual education.Although the number of Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers in the city is increasing year by year,the turnover rate of this group in the first year of employment is very high.Analyzing the reasons find that the overweight occupational stress of Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers is the main factor leading to high turnover rate.Therefore,this study investigates and analyzes the occupational stress and source of Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers in primary and secondary schools in Kashgar city,clarifies the status of occupational stress among Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers,and provides reference for alleviating the occupational stress on Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers in Kashgar city.Through the initial field research,classroom observation and interviews to understand the work and living status of Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers in Kashgar city as a whole.After analyzing the survey results,we reached the following conclusions:1.The occupational stress of Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers in primary and secondary schools in Kashgar city is fairly large.Among them,38.6% of Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers believe that their occupational stress is very high,and 33.4% of them think that teachers' occupational stress is extremely high.2.Workload and student factors are the two most obvious sources of pressure on the occupational stress of Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers,the direct impact of cross-cultural adaptation on the occupational stress of Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers is not as obvious as expected.3.Interpersonal relationship factor make it easier for male Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers to develop the occupational stress,workload is more likely to bring the occupational stress to female Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers;Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers aged 31 to 35 experience higher occupational stress than other age groups;The occupational stress of Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers who have been working for 6 to 10 years is greater than other teaching ages groups;Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers with postgraduate education have the most obvious stress on student factors,workload factor has a prominent influence on the occupational stress of Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers with bachelor degree;The occupational stress of Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers who are teaching in middle schools is greater than Han Chinese nationality bilingual teachers in primary schools.
