Research On The Supervision Mode Of Judicial Social Work

In the process of development of social work,because of the different service object,Social Work has been divided into many different areas.Among them,Judicial social work is an important field in the practice of social work.As a cross subject,Social Work involves the knowledge of the different disciplines such as sociology,psychology and anthropology.Because of the different service areas,in the process of practice,it involved in the professional knowledge and skills is also different.So that a social worker needs to understand the relevant knowledge.Judicial social work refers to the service activities carried out in the judicial field,which involves not only the professional skills of social work,but also the knowledge of law major,which is an interdisciplinary process of cooperation.The supervision of Social Work produced and up to now has became an indispensable link in social work.Many documents issued by the central authorities shows the importance of supervision in social service projects in.The educational,administrative and supporting functions of the supervision play a vital role in the work of social workers.As a guide for Social Workers,supervision should not only teach general skills to social workers,but also provide specialist supervision for social workers in the specific areas from a cross-domain perspective.This study selects a judicial social work service organization in Shaanxi Province as the research object to conduct the exploratory research on the judicial social work supervision mode.Through the participatory observation method and interview method,the relevant information is collected,and the existing supervision mode of the organization is sorted and summarized.Including the composition of supervision,the way of supervision,the content of supervision,the relationship of supervision and so on.From the perspective of interdisciplinary,the existing problems of the existing supervision mode of Z institution are found and proposed and the factors that affect the effectiveness of the supervision.Due to the late start of social work in the western region,judicial social work is less experienced,the development of social work supervision is lagging behind,and many organizations do not employ special social work supervisors.In this practical field,the Z agency has made a bold attempt to employ social worker teachers as external supervision.In he course of the work of the institution,the social work and the law major still need to be worn.Through the exploration of the supervision mode of Z organization,the ideal supervision mode suitable for the organization is constructed,which is helpful for the development of judicial social work institutions and the improvement of judicial social workers' capabilities.
