It contains the laddery administrative responsibility. In a social service agency in the environment, it is an indispensable part.With developing the social work, supervision must not be ignored. At present, a unity or a sound social work supervision system has been established in China, all in the development of social work is based on local research.Since2007, Shenzhen social work began to developed rapidly, also began the exploration of the construction of social worker supervision system.
