Study On Social Work Supervision System From The Perspective Of Game Theory

The development of social work in China started late.It made the track about the development of supervision in China different from the West.By the influence of our country's political system and top-down promotion to the development of social work.And social organizations strongly depended on government resources to survive and develop themselves.So that the development of social work supervision and supervision system construction has a strong local characteristics.This paper mainly makes a case study on the development of social work supervision in Guangzhou.Show the process of institutional construction and analyze the characteristics of the institutional process and the impact of the system construction process on the social work in Guangzhou from the perspective of game theory.The study found that social work supervision system construction in Guangzhou is the game process of multi-agent participation.In theprocess of participation with "strong government,weak society",the construction of social work supervision system in Guangzhou could be recognized as a top-down process.So more emphasis will be placed on “who has the right to manage” and “how to control”.When provincial and municipal governments both were exploring "how to control",there will be space for the game about “who has the right to manage”.And the discussion and research about regulating the supervision behavior and monitoring supervisory effectiveness was relatively weak as there was lack of participation in social workers,social workers and social workers.This article tried to use the dynamic game model to analyze the core process of the game,that is,the multi-stage game of the provincial and municipal governments,the final game result was that both sides did not reach the Nash equilibrium.Finally,the result of the game is that systematic management system of social work supervison like Shenzhen's was not formed in Guangzhou.The system is still continue to be explored.Under this kind of game,the social work supervision system of Guangzhou has undergone several times' change.These changes and the city's unified assessment criteria affected the arrangements for social work organizations to supervise social workers.Being busy with these changes had made it difficult to take care of the supervision needs of front-line social workers and the training and development of internal supervision system.In response to these problems,this paper try to give several advice,include coordinating different participants' power and division of labor in the manageme nt about social work supervision,.strengthing the right of grassroots participants to participate and speak and studying the work guidelines about social work supervision.
