Research On The Supervision Mode Of Social Work Service Projects Of Children In Difficult Families From The Perspective Of Ecosystem

At present,social work organizations mainly undertake service projects for children in difficult families through government purchase services.Project social workers need to be supervised during the service process.The social work service for children in difficult families is to train children in difficult families from various aspects,improve their learning ability,cultivate correct value orientation,improve resilience and social adaptability,and achieve healthy growth.However,the relevant supervision practice in my country is still in the exploration stage,and there is a lack of certain standardization and institutionality for the supervision work.There is also a lack of research on the supervision mode of social work for children in difficult families,which can easily make supervisors in trouble.This study is about the supervision model of social work service projects for children in difficult families.Taking the “Y Desk” project of social work services purchased by the P District Government of S City as an example,the literature collection method,participation observation method,interview method and case study method are used to The ecosystem theory is developed from a research perspective.First,it analyzes the constituent elements and deficiencies of the four levels of micro-system,meso-system,external system and macro system in the supervision of social work service projects of dilemma families and children;secondly in the early stage of the project supervision process The three stages of the planning stage,the mid-term service stage,and the post-evaluation stage analyze and interact from four system levels to explore the factors that affect the effectiveness of supervision;finally,a comprehensive supervision mode is summarized: an ecologically integrated dilemma family children social work service project supervision mode.Eco-integrated dilemma family child social work service project supervision model strengthens the treatment principles of respect,self-determination,confidentiality,and equality;follow the project plan to strengthen communication in the early stage,strengthen interaction in the middle of the project service,and summarize the feedback supervision process in the later stage of the project evaluation;Standardize the supervision method that combines individual supervision,team supervision,log reply,and practical participation;the coordination function of the supervision system starts from the micro,meso,external,and macro subsystem levels,and the micro system realizes self-enhancement and strengthens communication and interaction.The meso system builds a supervision mechanism,enhances interactive guidance,external systems increase support and enhance interactive feedback,and the macro system promotes multi-party cooperation to achieve supervision and guidance.In the process of project supervision,it realizes timely interactive feedback and integratedgrowth within and outside the system.With a view to providing reference for the supervision of children's projects in difficult families,improving the effectiveness of social work project supervision,and improving the supervision mechanism of social work,it has reference value for social work organizations to carry out supervision work.
