Study On The Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Social Work Association's Participation In Professional Supervision Construction

The Social Work Association of Pudong New Area of the city,commissioned by the District Civil Affairs Bureau,has launched a supervisory talent training program,and in the following years Yangpu District and Jing'an District have also opened a supervisory selection training program.In addition to the training of social work supervision in key counties and districts,schools or institutions with better social work development have also set up training courses for social work supervision personnel,so as to train supervision personnel.As a platform for self-management and service of social workers and institutions,social work trade associations play a vital role in the selection and training of professional supervision and the improvement of social work supervision system.However,China's Mainland Social Workers Association has encountered many difficulties in participating in the construction of professional supervision,especially in playing a leading role in the industry and effectively meeting the development needs of supervisory talents.From the perspective of "dependent autonomy ",this paper discusses the difficulties encountered by social work associations in the construction of professional supervision,and discusses the countermeasures to solve the problems.Under the development concept of "dependent autonomy ",the socialwork association clearly defines the role orientation of the organization.Based on the reality of dependence on government resources,we should make great efforts to do a good job of the right hand of the government,and meet the expectations of the government and the needs of industry development through active communication with government departments,project packaging operation,organizational capacity building and so on.The full text is mainly divided into seven parts: the introduction part,mainly elaborated the research background and the research question.At the same time,the theoretical basis and research design of this paper are expounded;the first chapter,the general description of the development of the S Association,and the current situation of its organizational structure,daily management and business development.The second chapter mainly introduces the contents of the work of the S association participating in the supervision construction at present,and focuses on the analysis of the difficulties of the S association participating in the supervision construction.Chapter three,from the two aspects of the organization's dependence and autonomy to the S association in the supervision of the construction of the causes of the problems In depth.Chapter IV,Through the experience of social organizations participating in supervision and construction in other regions of our country,this paper explores the possibility and practical path of social workers' association to enhance organizational autonomy under the premise of organizational dependence.Chapter 5,based on the perspective of "dependent autonomy ",points out that S associations can meet the expectations of the government and the needs of industry development through active communication with government departments,project packaging operation,organizational capacity building and so on.In the summary and reflection of the article,The relationship between social work association and government in our country presents a state of "dependent autonomy ",which is not only an interactive relationship,but also a path choice for the development of social work association.
