With the reform and development of basic education curriculum and the era of promoting quality-oriented education in an all-round way,running rural primary school with characteristics is an important way to deepen rural education reform.With the characteristics,the schools can achieve the balanced development of excellent education,cultivate students' multiple abilities,and promote the development of students' personality and the overall development of their own quality,which lay a solid foundation for the future of students.However,many rural primary schools haven't formed their own characteristics because of their location,backward teaching and educational concepts and backward teaching facilities.Because of recognizing the importance of school characteristics,Linghai Xi baqian Central Primary School regards standardizing writing as the school characteristic which is the foundation of deepening the reform of education,promoting the quality-oriented education,improving students' literacy,and carrying forward the traditional culture.This paper mainly uses the literature research,the class observation research,the case study and the interview to study the characteristics of standardizing writing in rural primary schools.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part expounds the achievements of Linghai Xi baqian Central Primary School by standardizing writing.The second part studies and summarizes the reasons for forming this characteristic of this school.As an important part,the third part elaborates and summarizes the six development strategies of this school: setting the goal of writing,establishing the system of writing,setting up a leading group,standardizing teaching of writing,carrying out activities of writing,and building campus culture.Other rural primary schools deciding to form their own characteristics can learn a lot form these effective and practical strategies.In order to write this part,I went to Linghai Xi baqian Central Primary School to do the field investigation,observation and research.The fourth part focuses on the vision of this school and inspires teachers in the process of standardizing writing.Illustrated by the Example of Linghai Xi baqian Central Primary School,this paper studies and summarizes the practical achievements,reasons,development strategies,visions,and enlightenment of standardizing wring in rural primary schools.There are some problems in rural primary schools who are forming characteristics and want to do so.There are also some problems for teachers in these schools to standardize writing.I hope to provides references to these problems in this paper.
