As the national reform and opening-up and the requirement of social development in recent years, education reform put Chinese language teaching in more and more important position now. In the Past, language education for primary school low section pay more attention to cognitive text and writing, and ignored linguistic application, which makes the difficult in the primary school high section Chinese learning. If low section students does not master the words and language good, it will affect the students’ interest in and knowledge of Chinese language learning. Due to the different language environment about country and city, this kind of phenomenon in the Chinese teaching is significant in the countryside. Therefore, to study how to adjust measures to local conditions to improve country Chinese teaching writing, the quality of education is very important and very meaningful.The low section Chinese teaching goal is: "Making child be interested in written words, pay attention to things around, write oneself want to say, write an imaginary things. Child uses read and learned words in daily life. According to Individual consciousness expression, learning to use a comma, period, question mark, an exclamation point." Linguistics application of the primary school low section teaching occupies a very important place in the compulsory education stage, because it is the initiation stage of writing teaching, to lay a solid foundation for the children to learn language. Only the solid foundation about linguistics application, the language teaching can leaning language smoothly.This paper is base on several central primary schools in Yuhang, Hangzhou, China. The paper through visit and questionnaire survey for analysis the situation about Chinese linguistics teaching in country primary school, find the difficult about language teaching. Try to find a solution way for improving low section linguistics teaching effect in rural primary school. we summarize the teaching material content. With rural characteristics, and we improve learning situational teaching with other courses. We set up standard for development curriculum resources, and applying the idea of constructivism to improve linguistics teaching effect. we also optimize the teaching effect from upgrade the effect of evaluation and advocating pluralistic evaluation, etc.After argument, the author use one year of research and practice prove that the methods of this paper has a strong reference value for rural primary school Chinese education. Method, case, research results and their own feelings are written into paper by author, hoping to give a certain reference to peer.
