In recent years, the increasing policies and statutes about standardizing running aschool and reducing pupils’ learning load clearly put forward the revolution of its presentsituation, which has represented the determination of the educational department aboutimproving the present situation of pupils’ learning load.Therefore, the discovery andresearch of pupils’ learning load under the view of standardizing running a school can beviewed as the checking up of the effectiveness of standardizing running a school, andmeanwhile getting the improvement extent than before by analyzing the investigation resultunder the background of carrying out policies and statutes. In view of this, the thesis aims toprovide feasible strategies and beneficial reference for the further advance of theimprovement of pupils’ learning load present situation.Under the view of standardizing running a school, the thesis aims to take a typicalprimary school of Jinzhou as an example, by synthesizing the existing research, getting therelevant data of two main aspects, including some quotas of pupils’ learning load and thepupils’ recognition and reflection of it, getting the present situation of pupils’ homeworkquotas and sleeping condition, promulgating the problems such as heavy homework, hugegrowing stress existing in the present situation of pupils’ learning load and meanwhileanalyze the elements causing the present situation such as the influence of our nation’sfundamental realities, the deviation of education concept, the ineffectiveness of policyimplementation,the improper evaluation mechanism and the poor cooperation of the socialforces. Finally, some useful strategies such as updating the conviction of standardizingrunning a school, improving the scientific degree and effectiveness of the setting andcarrying out of policy, improving the scientific degree of evaluation mechanism, adjusting the curriculum setting and forming the huge forces of the whole society are put forwardaiming at the causes.
