As the basic guarantee of higher education,the logistics of colleges and universit ies can only meet fundamental needs in terms of service quality,management system and operation mechanism,so as to meet the needs of higher education development a nd personnel training.The construction of logistics service system in colleges and uni versities should not only satisfy the needs of teachers and students for a better life,but also strengthen and innovate the system construction,and establish a standardized,sy stematic and scientific management mechanism.General secretary Xi Jinping put for ward that human resources are the first resources,and human resources management of university logistics is an important part of the reform colleges and universities,strengthen the logistics of colleges and universities under the new situation of human resource management problem research for practice,forward and development of logistics in colleges and universities has important significance.This paper is based on actively responding to the new challenges faced by the h uman resources work in the logistics socialization reform in colleges.On account of t he domestic and overseas research results,it makes an in-depth study of the logistic h uman resources management of Hangzhou Dianzi University.The paper summarizes r elevant research at home and abroad,elaborates the relevant theories of human resour ce management in colleges,and makes a detailed analysis of the status towards logisti cs human resource management in Hangzhou Dianzi University in light of the system mechanism,ideological understanding,compensation and rewards.Systems and staff training have identified problems in human resource management and analyzed their underlying causes.In final,put forward countermeasures to promote logistics human resources management to establish a new concept of ‘people-oriented',optimize the a llocation of human resources,improve the overall quality of employees and the comp ensation system,establish enterprises culture and strengthen modern human resources management.
