The Study On Socialization Reform For Logistics Of Yantai University

In this dissertation, the present situation of socialization reform of the logistics in colleges is analyzed. The contradiction between teaching, research, student life and logistics in colleges is highlighted. Backward logistics failed to meet the teaching, research and the needs of teachers and students at all levels. Therefore, logistical socialization and reform is, and should continue to deepen. However, some problems existed during the socialization reform of logistic in colleges, such as obsolete management concepts and management structural imbalances. At the same time, many contradictions should be faced. Socialization reform of logistics in college is a dynamic, gradual development process. Development is the last word and is the key to resolve the contradictions and problems in socialization reform of logistics in colleges. Have summarized experiences and lessons during socialization reform, and based on dynamic analysis and comparative practice between local and broad socialization reform, through document method, analysis, comparative research and link to the reality, the methods and approaches to socialization reform of logistics in college is focused. Within the context of reform on socialist market economic system and higher education internal management system, the status quo, questions and practice strategies of the socialization reform of logistics in colleges is researched. Research results are presented to establish a scientific outlook on development, enterprise reform on entity management structure of logistics in college, establish a market-oriented logistical management system, and a sound, efficient logistics enterprise-oriented, incentive and constraint mechanism. Using the example of Yantai University, empirical analysis is performed. Reference value for other socialization reform of logistic in college is provided.
