Study On The Project In The Logistics Socialization Reform Of JT Vocational College

Since 1999, a national annual conference is hold to study and arrange college logistics socialization reform, so as to get acknowledgement and support from college leaders and push ahead this reform, promoting the development of higher education.The author of this thesis applies the theory to analyze the existing problems and their causes according to the present condition of human resource management of JT vocational college, and the purpose of the logistics management of human resources is make it scientific, effective, maximum mobilization of support staff enthusiasm for work,and put forward the countermeasures to guide its management, which may also be used for reference to that of other high schools in our country.This article consists of four parts, the main contents are as follows:Part one introduces the significance of the subject, defines the study object and states the research ideas and outline.Part two is the introduction about the present project of JT vocational college reform. It reveals the existing problems and their causes which are mainly from the imperfection in business strategy, staff management, appraisal system and other aspects of the defects.Part three is about the measures and countermeasures directed against the problems in the development of logistics human resource of JT vocational college, which may rationalize its development. The author also puts forward some constructive suggestions on those complex problems.Part four makes the conclusion according to the foregoing analysis, proposing some beneficial enlightenment and suggestions which may play a positive role in the development of human resource of JT vocational college in logistics socialization reform and the practice of logistics human resource development in colleges of our country.It is not only a complex systematical project but also a long-range strategic task to rationally develop and effectively utilize human resource. To solve logistics problems needs a big environment fit for the development of enterprise human resource. To rationally develop the logistics human resource of JT vocational college, brainstorming and initiation of the staff should be made use of and proper developing system of human resource should be set up integrated with its own features, so as to keep invincible position in the intensive competition.
