Research On The Socialization Reform Of College Logistics

The cause of higher education began to develop rapidly with the development of national economy.Due to the lack of competitiveness and low efficiency,the former college logistics management system is a factor hindering the development of domestic higher education.It cannot keep pace with the development of modern society and economy as well as the sustainable development of higher education,so it needs to be improved.The Decision of the CPC Central Committee on The Reform of The Education System issued in the early 21 st century proposed the goal of socialized development of the reform direction for the future logistics innovation of the national universities,which also greatly promoted the future mode of running schools of the national universities.Some of socialization of logistics in colleges and universities in accordance with the policy implementation in the campus,there are some colleges and universities is a half of social change,there is no overall policy implementation to school garden,but some colleges and universities because feel itself has not yet reached the requirements of social change,so there is no to the social policy to carry out the school garden,this article is the actual status of the reform of socialization of logistics in colleges and universities to carry out the policy analysis.The reform of logistics socialization in colleges and universities in China began to experiment many years ago and has already changed the way that colleges and universities are in charge of logistics.In logistics socialization reform of colleges and universities through continuous,not only promoted the domestic institutions of higher education in full swing,also reduces the pressure of school,schools can be focused to pay attention to improve the teaching quality,to improve managerial efficiency and also to the late20 th century after the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities,to ensure the sustainable development of the growing scope of higher education.Although these years the country’s higher education logistics reform was a big success,but still need to constantly to improve and optimize,because of the social and economic development situation right now for,reform is incomplete,can’t keep up with the pace of the modern higher education cause rapid expansion,so the reform of university logistics socialization has very big development space.In this study,the author takes Y university as the research object to analyze the situation of its socialization reform.The first part is the introduction,which needs to determine the research background and research significance.By consulting literature materials,sorting out and summarizing viewpoints,writing literature review,and then determining the research content and methods,and analyzing and identifying the deficiencies of the research with innovation points.The first chapter is mainly about the concepts and theories related to the socialization of college logistics.The relevant concepts mainly include colleges and universities,local colleges and universities,logistics,college logistics,socialization,college logistics socialization and so on.Relevant theories mainly include new public management theory and property right theory.Chapter two analyzes the development process and reform status of logistic socialization in Y universities.This part needs to briefly introduce the logistics and logistics team construction in Y University,and analyze the development process of logistics socialization reform in Y University,which mainly includes the initial stage,expansion stage and maintenance stage.Meanwhile,it analyzes the current situation of logistic socialization reform in Y universities.The third chapter analyzes the problems and causes of the logistic socialization reform in Y university.The problems mainly include the imperfect logistic management system,the imperfect logistic money management rules and regulations,and the low level of logistic management team construction.The causes of these problems mainly include the government,schools and logistics entities.For the emergence and impact of these problems,Y university should put forward optimization measures,so the fourth chapter is the specific optimization plan,including further strengthening the reform of logistics management system and operation mechanism,establishing systematic and perfect logistics management rules and regulations,optimizing logistics human resource allocation and so on.Finally,this study is summarized to determine the future research direction.
