With the arrival of the economic globalization and knowledge economy, human resources are the most valuable in all resources which human being have. It's the necessary choice to persevere in upholding education preferentially, developing and intensifying the human resource management in order to achieve the transform from a great population state to a powerful one in human resources. The colleges and universities are taking the responsibility to foster talented persons, innovate in science and technology and provide services for our social and economic construction , therefore the human resource administration seems to be more significant. The high-efficient logistics are the important components of colleges and universities. And the logistic support is the guarantee, foundation and "forerunner" of colleges and universities' teaching and scientific research. They concerned the development of educational undertaking directly, concerned the stability of the school. Only the high benefit university rear-service insurance with high efficiency, high-quality, could make the high educational undertaking grow vigorously. So the development of university's logistics is influencing the level of the development and educational quality of the universities. The elements that constrain university's logistic development are numerous, but the most significant elements are the logistic staffs. And they are the most precious in all resources of university's logistics, so we have to carry out the effective administration to them. However, we know well that university's logistic human resources management has been fettered by planned economy over a long period, merely stayed at the phase of government affairs administration; which has restricted the development of university's logistics seriously. Following the proposition of the strategy of "socialized reform of university's logistics", the personnel reform has already become the core of the reform progressively. So studying the problems of university logistic human resources management seems particularly urgent.In view of this, this paper used such methods as interview, document analysis, etc., has investigated and analyzed the human resource management of the logistics of some universities in Sichuan Province. On the basis of investigating, drawing lessons from the forming, management and development of human resources in theoretical circles, through the analysis to the current situation and existing problems of university logistic human resource management in our country, from the standpoints of changing ideas, reforming personnel system, optimizing human distribution, planning and fulfilling training, the paperattempts to propose the concrete measures for strengthening university logistic human resource management, to promote the transition from personnel management to modern human resource management and structure the scientific human resources management system.
