The Chinese textbook is a medium that is used by teachers and students to finish teaching task.It is the symbol of Chinese curriculum standards and the carriers of Chinese course content.It is very important for the Chinese teaching.The Chinese textbook includes systems of model essay,Chinese knowledge,reading aid and exercise.As one of the four systems,reading aid system plays an important part in Chinese teaching and learning.Whether it has been put into full use can greatly influence the teaching results.Since September 2016,the Ministry of education compiling compulsory education language textbooks(Department Edition)have been put into use throughout our country gradually.Of all the changes,the reading aid system is the greatest one.This paper focused on the reading system of textbook in Department Edition for grade seven.By refining,comparing and synthesizing the reading system,the author proposed some useful suggestions in order to provide reference and help for the front line teachers when they use the textbook in Department Edition.There are three chapters in this paper.Chapter One is a comprehensive overview of the reading aid system of textbook in Department Edition for grade seven.First,it summarized the inscapes of the reading system.Second,it analyzed the value.It is used to develop students' self-study ability,to enrich students' cognitive structures,to improve teachers' teaching efficiency,and to remind the teaching direction of Teachers.Third,for the mode of presentation,it inquired page settings,graphic matching,annotation,typesetting and prompt supplement.Last,by comparing this edition with the old version for grade seven in 2013,it got the differences between these two editions and the feature of the Department Edition.Chapter Two used the research results of the first chapter to evaluate the reading aid system of textbook in Department Edition for grade seven.It focused on the innovation and cohesion of the "seven part" reading aid system.This is also the innovation of textbook compilation in the seven edition.In view of the first chapter and the second chapter discussion,Chapter Three evaluate the usage of the reading aid system for grade seven from the aspects of students and teachers.
