Experimental Study On The Development Of Volleyball Auxiliary Exercises And The Teaching Effect

The volleyball is an important basic technology,whether it is receiving or spiking up is undoubtedly the first choice defensive technique.So whether it is a semi professional volleyball beginners or have some basis to improve the technical level,the technical specification and digging digging action.In the teaching practice,we found that the students in Volleyball compulsory course is very difficult to master the techniques and apply them to the game.However,the volleyball teaching syllabus of physical education majors clearly suggests that students should master and use volleyball skills at the end of the general course,and at the same time master the explanation and organization teaching of volleyball skills.This practice means the original teaching methods of bold innovation,by digging auxiliary exercises for digging teaching and the teaching effect is analyzed.The experimental part of this paper,selection of tennis and table tennis Students Special Education College of Beijing Sport University as the research object,using the research methods of literature,investigation method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,trial method and data analysis method research.Through the analysis of experimental data,we draw the conclusion: first,application research and practice in the teaching practice is not only of great help to improve students' interest in learning,teaching practice of Volleyball equipment rich also has great significance in volleyball teaching,practice exercises for beginners to provide a way to practice volleyball the new use of digging in the auxiliary.Two,in the volleyball teaching in the use of auxiliary exercises for practice,generalization and differentiation can shorten the learning process,the formation of automated action as soon as possible,for students to dig learning effect,so as to better use in practice.Three,in the volleyball teaching practice by digging auxiliary exerciser practice so that students in the theory of detection results and technical evaluation standards are obviously superior to the traditional teaching method and evaluation technique for volleyball frontal digging technology,which is helpful to improve the quality of teaching.Four,the use of auxiliary training for volleyball pass teaching can mobilize students' learning enthusiasm and interest in volleyball,the students' teaching ability and self-learning ability have positive effect.
